1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using inneRVoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

inneRVoice is a desktop application for Windows that provides AI-powered assistance for mock interview practice, meeting recording, transcription, and productivity tasks. The application uses a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model — users provide their own API keys from Anthropic (Claude) and/or OpenAI (GPT-4).

All AI conversations, recordings, transcriptions, and content created within the application are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

3. Intended Use and Disclaimer

inneRVoice is designed and intended for mock interview practice, meeting recording, note-taking, and general productivity purposes.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use this software. inneRVoice and its developers are not responsible for any consequences arising from how you choose to use the application. By using inneRVoice, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of your employer or institution.

We do not monitor, control, or have access to how the application is used on your device.

4. Account Registration

To use inneRVoice, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 One-Time Purchase

inneRVoice is available as a one-time purchase with lifetime access. There are no recurring subscriptions, monthly fees, or usage quotas. Plan prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change at our discretion.

5.2 Free Trial

A free trial is available for new users. The trial duration is configurable and displayed at the time of registration. Trial is limited to one per device.

5.3 No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. We provide a free trial so you can evaluate the product before purchasing.

5.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through PayPal (international buyers) or Razorpay (Indian buyers). We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by these third-party providers.

6. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

By using the BYOK model, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from Anthropic and/or OpenAI
• API usage costs are paid directly by you to the AI provider — inneRVoice does not charge for API usage
• Your API keys are stored encrypted locally on your device — we never have access to them
• You must comply with the terms of service of your chosen AI providers

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all content you create using inneRVoice (conversations, recordings, notes, summaries, flashcards, etc.). All such content is stored locally on your device.

We do not store, access, or process your AI conversations, recordings, or any content created within the desktop application on our servers.

8. Licensing

Your license is subject to the following:

• Each license is valid for one device at a time (single-device policy)
• License verification requires periodic internet connectivity
• Sharing, reselling, or transferring your license key is prohibited
• We reserve the right to deactivate licenses used in violation of these terms

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use inneRVoice to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software without authorization
• Circumvent licensing or security mechanisms

10. AI-Generated Content

inneRVoice uses third-party AI models (Claude, GPT-4) to generate responses. Please note:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI responses
• You should verify important information independently
• AI responses are generated by third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) and are subject to their terms

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any specific outcomes from using the Service
• Accuracy of AI-generated content

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Actions of third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to deactivate your license if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• You attempt to circumvent licensing mechanisms
• Required by law or legal process

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
